"Kevin and his team did some paving and landscaping work for me in April 2014 and it was a fabulous experience so I am now coming back to him for some additional work.  Kevin and his entire team are professional, punctual, responsive and go above and beyond.  They took great care of my property and even though the job went into the next day as scheduled, they cleaned everything up before they left that night even though they were returning the next day.  They did little extra details for me to make the space perfect.  I had some stone put around the house and instead of just laying it down, they meticulously laid the larger stones around the boarder and filled in with the smaller stones (not that there is much difference between them but the detail is incredible).  I receive compliments from everyone that sees the paving work and the landscaping and I give them Kevin's name every time.  It took me awhile to find a quality landscaper and now I won't use anyone else.  I realize my job is small in their world but they never make me feel that way.  Kevin's focus is always to make the customer happy but will share ideas and suggestions to ensure it meets their vision.  Kevin James Landscaping is exceptional in every way.

He was helpful in making suggestions about the type of new lights to use and gave us a very competitive proposal. Following our acceptance of their proposal, their office called to coordinate an install date. That dayTed came by and installed our new lights and adjusted them perfectly. "Clive was a wonderful contractor to work with.  We did not know exactly what we wanted out of the patio but he came and listened to us and proposed some very interesting and unique designs.  He helped us to think of things we never would have on our own.  He was also very honest and upfront about costs, giving us a pretty close verbal estimate the first day he visited us and then followed up with a well drawn design for us to picture what it would look like.  Other contractors with whom we spoke had little insight and ideas to offer.
We were lucky in that even though his backlog was over a month out, given some inclement weather he was able to spare some guys to start the work within a week after we accepted his proposal.
He came to review the guy's work daily, I believe, and made adjustments along the way and was always prompt in answering my questions, however insignificant they may have been.
The quality of his work was top notch and we've received lots of praise about the work from friends and neighbors.
Clive also really supports his work.  A light went out and when I let him know he sent someone to take a look right away and replace a bulb (I did not know it was that simple).  He also followed up with putting down additional seed after a storm had washed the original seeds away.  Unlike many other contractors I've worked with he did not complain about such a trivial request.  Instead, he gives us the impression that he really cares about our satisfaction.

"Well, I had the sudden bright idea of trying to completely renovate my daughter's room for her birthday with less than two weeks before she came home from being out of town. I found Jules on Angie's List, and everyone was so happy with her work, I gave her a call. From the very beginning to the end, she worked tirelessly with her team (Rick Hutchison and his associate Kevin) to bring the vision I had to life with no time to spare. I really can't believe they were able to do this. The dedication and QUALITY of the work that was done was incredible. Jules went to every corner of town and beyond to find and acquire each individual piece for the room. In addition, the room was a blend of many different ideas and styles, so Jules had to think outside the box and go in many different directions with only enthusiasm and a smile on her face. She was incredibly thorough in keeping track of receipts and invoices (much moreso than I!) , and was very careful to try and find each item within the budget we had. For example, we were willing to pay more for a special allergy free bed than a decorative desk, and Jules was able to balance the costs so we had exactly what we wanted.
When work became a bit more involved due to a structural issue with our windows, Rick and Jules worked into the weekend to insure the project was completed in time for the surprise. My daughter was completely speechless when she saw her room, and tells me almost every day how much she loves it. Her friends love the whole feel and atmosphere (Which is kind of woodsy and starry with brown branch twinkle lights woven through the room but grown up enough with the stylized furniture. Jules helped me bring my thoughts of a starry sky into the room with a warm purple ceiling painted with an overlay of subtle glitter. It's gorgeous.) I literally have only amazement for the job that was done.
