"MAJOR work was done on my moms house by Ryan's Painting and his crew! Tom Ryan choose colors that are trendying and gave the whole house - (which is living room, dining rooms, bedrooms, kitchen a fresh modern look and feeling of spaciousness. , They removed window A/C units to do moldings and window trims.. They ripped up old rugs to get to the hardwood floors underneath and stained them with a color that made the rooms pop with appeal. They powerwashed the outside cement and white marble patio bringing it back to its original luster and shine. Whatever they used on the basement floor made it look AMAZING. They worked professionally all day long everyday for over three weeks to get the house ready and cleaned up every night, even knowing they would be back the next day. I would so high recommend Tom Ryan for his professionalism and dedication to his job and his pricing came in more than reasonable. Will absolutely hire for any further jobs."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"We hired Unique (Dylan) after getting positive recommendations from other Maggie Valley resiednts. We originally hired him for interior painting of walls, trim and ceilings. He did a beautiful job. He took the time to prep the areas, and covered all our belongings and floors. He took the time to explain how 2 coats would be necessary to do the job we wanted. And he was right. After finishing, we decided that he could do a beautiful job on the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities. He did a professional job refinishing the old cabinets and made them look brand new. Not only was the ease of doing business, the cost of the project, and professionalism all great but the quality and meticulousness was over the top. They did so good that we kept them on to do all of the cabinets in our home. They also removed some built-in furniture and repaired the trim etc as well as fixed some ceiling damage caused by our movers. It all looks brand new.
