My move was a bit complicated involving moving from home, taking furniture to and from a storage unit and my house is on pilings so many steps involved Everyone working was cordial and flexible they couldn t have done enough to be helpful and polite! Ian even helped me fix an oven door during the move I can t say enough about this company! "Working with Michael to set up the two moves with terrific. My problems came from the actual movers. The first movers dropped a heavy piece and damaged it. This group to our items to a location where they were transferred to another group to finish the move. More damage happened. The second move was done by a different group who picked up our things and delivered them. Again some damage. My problem with the second move was with the claim department at National Van Lines. I was overly careful about the damages I claimed (only submitting the largest items or easiest to replace), but had to negotiate to get a fair deal. BUT NVL did set me up with a great guy who could fix most of the damaged items."

"Pack and load was on same day, so it was a long day. I was given a delivery time frame between 3 days after the load to 7 days after the load. Sadly, it did take the full 7 days, and there was some damages to my new floors from the move-in, but overall, the move accomplished what I needed."
