"the service guys hooked a machine up to air handler and let it run for a while. They cleaned the returns and I asked them what the machine was doing, they told me it was sucking the dust out. I did not see them put anything in the main trunk lines to release the dust from the walls of the trunk line. They weren’t even going to clean the vent lines until I mentioned something about them. So they opened each vent and put a air hose with a 6 inch worn brush in each vent and only went about 6 feet in them. So I know that most of my vent lines and trunk lines didn’t get cleaned properly and for $585 bucks I thought they would do a better job."

"This team is professional and knowledgeable. They informed me that my approach to the project, scope and work area needed to be re-evaluated. They gave me ideas and estimates on what needed to be done and what it might cost. They did not charge me for their advice and when my project is viable and the scope of work becomes well defined, I would not hesitate to call them back."

"I had my air ducts cleaned and was really happy with the service. The technicians arrived on time, explained what they were doing, and treated my home with care. They worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and made the whole process easy. I could already tell a difference in the air quality and felt better. If you?re looking for a reliable and professional air duct cleaning company, I would definitely recommend them."

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

In most cases, it is best to leave icicles on your roof and allow them to melt naturally. You should only consider removing them if they are heavy enough to cause damage to your home or pose a risk to people below. Since removing icicles can be dangerous, it is recommended to hire a professional for the job if you have immediate concerns. To prevent the issue from recurring, you should address the underlying cause, such as improving your home's insulation or installing roof heating coils.

Yes, you can, but you’ll need to acquire the right pressure washer tips and cleaning solutions for the job. In particular, you’ll need tips that are capable of lowering the pressure from a max of 3,500 PSI to between 150 and 300 PSI. As for the cleaning solution, look for options that are clearly marked for soft washing rather than pressure washing.

You could void your roof warranty using a power washer if you have a newer roof. With an older roof, you could knock loose older shingles. On the other hand, some people safely use a pressure washer to remove moss from a metal roof. Although you may want to use a pressure washer, the truth is that you probably don’t need it to knock moss loose. A garden hose and brush will do the job just fine and in a safer manner than a pressure washer.

To maintain metal roof health, schedule regular inspections, clear debris from gutters, and check for signs of corrosion.

Yes, cleaning removes harmful elements that contribute to rot or degradation, extending the roof's lifespan and averting costly future repairs.
