"AJ HB took down 5 crepe Myrtle trees that were too near the house and sick with fungus. They ground the stumps, cut back some pampas grass and hauled away all the debris. Then I asked him to do our pine straw. He’s a hard worker, showed up when he said he would and gave us a fair price. Communication between us was very good and he’s super polite and aims to please the customer. Would definitely hire again."

I liked the person that talked to us and the guys that did the work got here on time and called us to give us a heads up when they were coming. They were late but called to warn us that they were running over time at their previous job but did it on the day they said they would. The sales pitch from both companies was that they would completely clean and refill all the gutters - make sure that there were no leaks and make sure that the attachments to the floor were running properly. However, that wasn't done - they didn't do that. As it turns out, my gutters weren't that old and they seemed to be working fine- it is not like there is a problem. They came out to test the gutters but didn't run any water and I never saw them with any caulking and so they didn't comply with that promise part of the service. It had been raining and gutters seem to be flowing fine and the guards are in place."

"Everything went great. They were very responsive to my initial call. Got an estimate within a few days. Gary initially said that due to work backlog it would take about 4 weeks to get to our job. However, we got back from a day trip out of town only a couple of weeks later to find that they had been there and the gutter had been replaced. It matches the existing gutters perfectly - you would never know that it had been replaced. Very reasonable price for the work and very nice folks to work with."
