Half of our deck was rotting and Joel from Irida came promptly over, gave the best analysis and repair suggestion, fair estimate. We hired him over 3 other companies and we are really thrilled how it worked out. He (and additional workers) were on time, on money and did an outstanding job. They used high quality materials, went above and beyond to make rebuild the deck very solid and it looks great. Better than before..... We would hire them again in a heartbeat. Very easy and pleasant to work with and great job all around.

I had my house painted by Irada. I thought Joel was very professional from the minute I met him. Of the three Home Advisor companies that gave me quotes, his was the most favorable. He was also the only one who wouldnâ t charge me an extra 3% for using my credit card. They were in and out in three days. The house looks great.

Irida renovated the deck of my condo, which is on the 2nd floor making the job a bit more challenging. Overall my experience was really great! Excellent communication, very professional crew, high quality work, and good value for money. Would highly recommend for a deck job!

I called around and could get no one to build a fence for me. I desperately needed it for my Husky puppies too! As soon as HomeAdvisor posted this, Joel from Irida called. He came out the next morning when he said he would. Joel and his workers came out everyday on time and finished when he said he would (3 days) and on budget (despite the wood from Lowes having to be replaced due to mold, it wouldâ ve been done a day early!) His quality standards are high and his job was top notch! The price was better than anyoneâ s and I am referring him to anyone who asks about my fence.

I purchased the paint ahead of time but it wasn't the highest quality which meant it took longer to dry in between coats. Joel wasn't even phased and he made our project look great! Will definitely use this company again for future projects

I highly recommend Iridia. Joel is excellent in his estimates and communicates frequently with updates and/or changes. You can get another person or company to work for a cheaper price, but don't sacrifice the quality of work to save money. It costs more in the long run. I'm very happy with the repairs.
