"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

There was additional damage found as wood from affected areas were removed, his team reported it immediately and the bid was adjusted accordingly. Mr. Hargrove was very intentional and deliberate about keeping in constant contact with us and all the monetary adjustments were very reasonable. His team was very responsive to questions and observations as the work was being done. Extra care was also taken to clean up after the work was completed. We called them and asked them to build a custom deck. He came out and started our deck immediately and added benches and different levels. He took our design and added to it and made our dream deck better that we could have imagined.

"Very happy with the level of service provided. Would have been 5stars across the board, the only negative is my house and back door had cement splashed from the pouring of the cement pad. Although they tried to clean it up, my house and door still has stains and unfortunately the glass door has scratches from the removal of the cement. The team that worked on my project was very good and professional. I would recommend this company, for sure. I would also recommend putting a protective tarp up before pouring the cement pad."
