"Everything was done in a timely manner, areas were left clean everyday and Miguel Martinez always communicated with us every step of the way. We love our new bathrooms. They took both bathrooms down to the studs, replaced the bathtub and fully tiled the tub area and the wall behind the vanity and installed vanities, mirrors, lighting and exhaust fans. In our bathroom, they removed a fiberglass insert shower and rebuilt a fully tiled shower with a bench and two niches. We would highly recommend Miguel Martinez and Smart Flooring and remodeling solutions. P.S. - During our remodeling we found some water damage to our outside wall, Miguel was able to connect us with a crew that could make the repairs we needed. "David did a super job. Responded quickly, fixed it in promptly. Looks great. Clean up was the best I have ever seen from any contractor. Covered everything in plastic, put up containment plastic barrier. Then Vacuumed and mopped floors, wiped down the counters and even vacuumed and swept the garage. Awesome job. "The work they did was very good. However, they definitely need to work on communication and keeping the customer informed of what's going on, that part I was not too satisfied with. When they scheduled the work with me after we hired them, they told me what day they'd be coming out and asked if I'd be home. I said yes, I will. I made sure to be home that day, but they never showed up, costing me time off work, and never called me to let me know they weren't coming. At least keep me in the loop. The project rep's response to my complaint was, "You didn't need to be home anyway." Well, would've been nice to be told that upfront. There was also no follow-up when they finished - no phone call or email to ask if we had any questions or concerns, as this was a pretty major project done to our house. To me, that's important professionalism. As a customer, you want to feel valued. All we received was an email with the final invoice."

"The Moore brothers were great. They satisfied my Home Owners' Association with a detailed proposal within an hour of inspecting the job. They itemized and described the work, which included cleaning off the mold, replacing insulation, repairing joists, encapsulating the crawlspace, and creating a French Drain on the exterior of my unit to redirect the rain. They also set up my dehumidifier in the space with a wireless meter I can read from inside . Their price was in line and they did everything they promised in good order, good humor, and respect.
