He brought me samples of tiles and grout and and explained the materials and the process to lay the tile so that I had the best finished product. I had a burst pipe on the outside of the home and flooded my basement. His pricing is very reasonable but very accommodating with my budget. I have already recommended Alvin to family and friends. They are very professional and personable. Alvin also has amazing follow up. I had a small issue behind my refrigerating which was done 6 months prior to me finding it. Alvin came right out and resolved it and no charge. He is priceless. He has done my back splash, floors, fireplace and I am getting him on the books to re-tile my bathroom.
