"Samantha is the model of professionalism and I have to say, there is nothing better then coming home to a perfectly clean house. It amazes me how good of a job she does in the amount of time she does it in. It’s always my favorite day when I get home, open the door and can just smell how clean my home is. Trust me on this, you want this company to clean your home. It’ll be the best decision you make all year ??"

"George responded to my e-mail request for a quote on 3 badly soiled carpets used by tenants in a rental unit.  He provided me with a quote of $90 which I felt was quite reasonable.  On the day of service, George called in advance and then arrived at the specified time.  I told him there were actually 2 additional carpets to be cleaned if he had the time.  As we were looking at the areas to be cleaned, George pointed out the areas which would be no problem as well as those which could be problematic.
The actual time was much quicker than I ever would have expected and he did a FANTASTIC job.  My carpets looked beautiful and smelled fresh.  The additional cost for the 2 rooms was $50.  I will most definitely use George again in the future and would recommend him for any carpet cleaning job you have!!!

Carpet Cleaning questions, answered by experts

The best solution for mopping floors depends on the type of floor you have, but a good all-around or multi-purpose DIY floor cleaner is 2 cups of warm water, 5 to 10 drops of liquid dish soap, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. This is safe to use on tile, laminate, wood, polished concrete, vinyl, and more, as it’s relatively neutral and lacks caustic and abrasive chemicals that could be harmful to children and pets. You can also use a multi-purpose commercial cleaner, but make sure to follow the directions for safety.

The cost to clean an area rug is typically between $2 and $6 per square foot, meaning an 8-by-10-foot rug will cost $160 to $480 to clean. However, the final price depends on several factors. The rug's material is a primary consideration, with costs per square foot varying: Synthetic ($1–$4), Cotton ($2–$8), Sisal ($4–$7), Silk ($4–$8), Sheepskin ($4–$8), and Wool ($5–$8). Specialty rugs, like oriental rugs, can cost more, averaging $5 to $9 per square foot. Other factors influencing the price include the rug's size and condition, the cleaning method (hand washing can increase the cost to $4 to $9 per square foot), whether the service is on-site or requires pick-up, and your geographic location. A large, heavily soiled rug could cost $650 or more to clean.

Professionals use pH-balanced solutions, fabric protectors, and safe steam cleaning technology for specific fabrics. These products are designed to break down dirt effectively without leaving residues.

To prepare for mattress cleaning, clear the area around the mattress or move it to a different area so you or your hired specialist has ample space to clean thoroughly. This may involve moving furniture and any fragile décor items. Remove all bedding from the mattress. If possible, schedule your cleaning on a sunny day with low humidity to help speed up the drying process.

Yes, steam cleaning can be an effective way to clean a couch, but whether it's recommended depends on the upholstery material. It is possible to steam clean some couches, particularly those made of durable fabrics like cotton or polyester. However, not all materials handle heat and moisture well; delicate fabrics such as silk and rayon should only be dry-cleaned to avoid damage.

Before you begin, always double-check your couch manufacturer’s cleaning recommendations. If steam cleaning is appropriate for your couch, opt for a gentle steam cleaner designed for fabric rather than a bulky carpet cleaner, and use the gentlest setting to prevent damage to the fabric and foam padding. Like with carpets, you may need to pretreat and spot-clean tougher stains.

While effective, steam cleaners can be expensive to buy or rent. If you are unsure about the material or the process, it's best to call a professional upholstery cleaning service to avoid causing damage.
