"Work has been scheduled for early in 2019, but they could not have been more helpful and professional in explaining our options, how our home would get the most out of the panels, and how much we are likely to save. They were explicit about costs and available rebates. We were instructed to apply for a rebate from our local energy supplier and they literally walked us through the time specific rebate procedure. We made some minor changes to their standard contract and they accepted those changes without question. I can only assume their work will be up to these standards when we do the actual installation."

"I had a flood for the first time in the crawlspace and basement. I called Regional Foundation & Crawlspace Repair to come out. They wanted 27K for crawlspace encapsulation, that was too much and I could do most the work myself. I instead paid them $5,000.00 to bury a geodrain and install a triple safe sump pump system. This is the job they did, they installed the sump pumps at the 3rd to lowest point in the crawlspace and this geodrain goes back and forth from uphill to downhill. The lowest point still allows water to flood downstairs. They also cracked a chunk of my foundation at the point of sump pumps egress. Outside they just threw rocks on ground were the water comes out and can get back into the ground to reenter the crawlspace. They got 1 star because the people were nice, their job was not. Update as of 4/23/2024 they contacted me and said they wanted to make sure everything was good. A Girl and guy came out and noticed a couple things I didn't and said they would fix it that their company does not do work like that. They dug up all the previous geodrain and moved it to walls, tried to level out the drain and changed the location of the pumps and the drain outside. She had a really good work ethic and never took a break. The guy was on the other side of house and think he did good too. Everything they did looked professional and looks like they fixed everything. They had to come back today to finish the work today, but had three of them. It all looks good and they tested everything. They apologized about the old work and were not sure went wrong, but I don't have a negative view of the company now and am satisfied with the work they did. Just nocking one star for the under trained individuals that came the first time, the second crew was great!"

"This company is fantastic. I needed two gutters installed on a new room addition and their price was more than fair. They arrived exactly when they said they would (every time) and their gutters and installation are of the highest quality. They are knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous and very efficient. An old gutter in the front of my house wasn’t working properly. I believe it caused damage to a large window I must have replaced. I asked them to take a look at it when they installed the other two gutters because the gutter ran toward the house instead of being slanted away. They came a few days before my other gutters were installed and fixed it right away. It’s raining steadily right now and thanks to the great guys at Eastern Seamless Gutters, the rain is flowing so well into the gutters! I couldn’t be happier!"

"Very upset. Paid a small fortune for it not to be done correctly. Was told they would return in 6 weeks to reshim. They didn't show and I had to call and schedule an appointment for much later. The appointment was rescheduled by them for a day I was out of town without telling me! Was told when they finally came out that it was not done correctly and they would be back in six weeks to do some more work. No show again. Now waiting for them to call back to reschedule! This has been going on for 8 months. Floor is still sagging. Cracks in walls and ceiling from not having level floors. Ridiculous. I DO NOT recommend them at all!!! (the guys that worked on the house are nice, though)"
