Doyles Heating & Air LLC

Chris Doyle came to the house, said he could fix air conditioner. He came out tried to fix it, charged us 3400.00 dollars, then proceeded to walk off the job. He would not answer or return our phone calls, he did not refund our money. We have been without air for 2 months during the hottest summer we can remember. We called our air conditioner maker, they said our unit should have never tried to be repaired because water had contaminated the system.

Went very well.  The technician was very good at his job.  He was also very courteous and respectful.

Had to replace outside unit and air handler, Did the job in the timeframe they said and did a professional job.  Employees are courteous and professional.

Great, but roofer refuses to pay for repair.

Was a little late arriving but office called to notify me, so OK. Very knowledgeable and had a lot of experience in the field. Also
provided tips to help the unit and the house operate more efficiently. They nor any contractors in New Bern offer 24 hour emergency service but they have answering service.
Would recommend company and would use them again.

We selected Doyle because we had good reports about their reputation. They can be rated all A's! We plan to continue to use Doyle for future maintenance on our new system.

Excellent!!! Doyle's repaired my system on a holiday weekend, then the system had a 2nd failure 24 hours later on Memorial Day. Doyle's had told me the day before that they would be back to service the system the next week, AND that the system appeared to need additional work. NOTE: This system is in a 6 year old house installed brand new by the builder contractor, an inferior system that was not installed properly, I had been fighting with the builder, system supplier, builder installer for 2 years over repairs. Doyle's came back on Memorial day, at this point I had paid them 357 dollars for repair and service contract, they fixed the system again on Memorial day, at this time I decided that enough was enough. Doyle offered to install a new system and use the money previously paid for repairs towards the new system. Doyle's installed the new system in 1 day as they said they would. They also deducted a 100 bucks off the price due to a fan problem that they fixed. The new system IS NOT a 2nd tier contractor grade a/c. The difference in the cooling in our house is unbelievable. My AC unit was unrepairable and needed to be replaced. I had 5 different local companies quote on the job, they ranged from $4k to $12k. I made a good decision and gave the job to Doyle's. Here's why:

The Technicians that installed the unit were polite, professional and worked very hard all day to ensure completion. I had great confidence in their work.

This is a nice local, family owned and operated business. It was like making good friends and them helping you out. I was very comfortable dealing with them, never felt pressured or confused. They always took the time to educate me on whatever questions I had and I am very happy with the reults.
