He advised me about flooring quality, with pros and cons for my application. He offered to purchase the materials on my behalf so I could benefit from his contractors discount. "I hired dinu at Kozo Tile to do my kitchen backsplash. I wanted someone knowledgeable with great quality as the tile I picked was going to be mixed glossy and matte. He came , measured , help me order the tile portions of each. Installed with excellent quality and so efficient! It looks amazing!! You can tell the he has the eye for detail. He also kept the area clean and we paid him to haul it off which was great so we didn’t have to deal with all that. You really do get what you pay for and he is worth every penny! We plan on doing bathrooms so we will be hiring him for that too!"

"Overall great job. Called to have the gutters cleaned.. they were covered with a fine mesh gutter guard. They removed the guards and saw (a) the screen mesh was clogged and (b) the gutters were clean. Had them replace the gutter guards. Did such a good honest job that I hired them to return and pressure wash the mildew and algae from the roofing. Came out looking very good and water is again flowing through the gutters. Highly recommend."
