Appears some screws were missing from some key support wood blocks. Made sure chair was solid, worked properly and then closed up the leather back and fabric bottom. The chair was never this good before! Good, professional job."

You can certainly seal butcher block countertops, but not permanently. Due to the nature of the materials, it will require resurfacing down the line.
