Bill contacted me by phone shortly after I sent out my service requests. He was easy to talk with, explained much of his background and how he generally conducted business. I sent his pictures of the floor for him to better see what was what. Couple days later he called and asked if he could stop by. He looked at things, provided good insights and provided a quote. We set up a date/time. For each visit he called / texted prior to showing up and when he arrived. He was always on time. He took his time and did excellent repair work. I would highly recommend him to others and will gladly hire him again if we need the work! He should get 6 stars!
