Rich Carbone went above and beyond and installed a security light at no extra charge because of the delays. The only complaint I have is after 4 or 5 phone calls, I am still waiting for them to pick up a pile of scrap metal and an inspectors box that was left here from over two months ago. Despite the aforementioned complaint, I would still recommend. Just don't pay in full until all the trash is gone and the job is complete."
