After 2 more visits he said he thought the best way to solve problem was to install a French drain and put in a concrete patio. Benito did this while staying as close to my budget as materials would allow. I feel that Benito went above and beyond to solve my problem. French drain has helped tremendously and I no longer have a saturated area in my yard. I would recommend Benito as I think he is a very helpful, honest and genuine person."
