- Kelly Window & Door IncA year ago, I searched for quality replacement windows for our 1900 sq foot 1996 built home that has 23 windows. After being unsatisfied with the local companies that pushed the cheaper windows, I found Kelly Window and Door on Angie's list. When I called, I spoke with Mike Kelly who initially told me they didn't have Fayetteville in their service area. I expressed my disappointment because the Angie's List reviews had been glowing about their product and their service. Upon further discussion, Mike agreed to give us an estimate based on the extent of our replacement needs (23 windows). Mike arrived as scheduled and further educated us about the windows, the benefit of the e-coating and other ways to decrease the heat transfer/loss. We also decided to replace our back door that had been replaced three other times by the big box stores yet still hung so poorly that you could see light around the side of the door. After measuring the windows and determining cost, we decided to replace half the windows and the door last year (approx $8000). This year, we replaced the remaining windows. Mike came out again and measured for the new windows. We also spoke with him about repairs needed to the window cladding due to the April hail damage. The windows were manufactured to our needs and approximately 6 weeks later a date for installation was determined. The first year, a window team and a door team were sent for the install and they were done in one day. This year a window team was sent and the windows were installed in two days. This second install included mostly second floor windows and they also had to re-clad six windows damaged by hail. We have noticed savings in our heating/AC costs as well as decreased external noise. I cannot express how pleased I am with not only the quality of the product but with the friendliness and efficiency of the employees. From first contact with Mike to followup calls by Bruce, I can not find one area where Kelly Window and Door did not exceed our expectations. The installers were friendly, professional, competent and actually took care of my home. As they removed old windows, they vacuumed up any debris. The care and respect they showed to us and our home should be emulated by others in the service industry
- Mike Fusco BuilderThe project started with the addition being constructed and then the new kitchen was built into the space, this included a custom 13 ft live edge maple bar – which was done my Mike. After completion of the new kitchen, the old kitchen was demolished and the new construction started. Mike was extremely helpful during the entire project – he had lots of great ideas and worked with us on getting the little details that we wanted. He helped us find the maple slab, that would later become one of the most beautiful live edge bars that I have seen, and he pointed us in the right direction for other items and contractors to get the finishing touches we were looking for (Flooring & Cabinets). Mike was the General Contractor and had a mostly great set of subs that worked for him, he also coordinated and worked with the other contractors that we hired – Stove Installation, Cabinets, and Flooring. This was an overall $250K project and yes, we will hire Mike again – we are already talking to him about finishing out our basement and another Addition (New Master Bath with steam room). It was pleasure working with Mike and I look forward to starting the new projects soon. As I said, Mike and his crews are not the fastest working folks - this project took almost a year to complete - some of this was due to weather and some was due to coordination of Mike's Sub-Contractors

"I contacted Aluminum Company of NC to get an estimate for (3) new windows and siding on (3) dormers. The material arrived early and install was completed 1-2 months early. The installation team was professional and efficient. Explained everything they were doing and why. They also replaced water damaged wood needed to complete the install. They cleaned up the area around the home to where you didn't know they were here except to see the new windows and siding. Follow up by Cristy to close off on the project was welcome and she was able to show us how to operate the windows for cleaning, explained the warranty and replacement if ever needed.
