"The company owner came to our home with a sample window,explained what we could expect, and gave us an estimate. We accepted her estimate and was told it would take 2-3 weeks for the windows to arrive. After  2 weeks , she called and scheduled the work.
    A two man crew arrived on the day and time we were told, and proceeded with the work. All window sashes were replaced, and frames wrapped on that day. They returned the next day and installed the 2 storm doors.
    We are pleased with the quality of the windows and work, and the clean-up afterwards.
    We had talked to Shirley, the owner, at the home show about a month before she came to our home for the estimate, so we were somewhat prepared. We also have a neighbor who used S&S about a year ago, for windows and siding, and was able to see the results of the company's work, which helped us with our decision.

"They were on time, efficient, pleasant and responsible. They made a mistake and fixed it, then pointed out where the wood was rotting and were able to repair it immediately. I was so pleased I asked them to paint the soffits, etc. and I plan to use them again in the spring to repair some other items. I also referred them to several friends.
