"I love the guy that did it. They also do replacement windows. This guy was awesome. he actually called ahead. It had been a rainy week. He called ahead because we were anticipating a storm to see if he could come earlier that day so he could get it done around the storm on the day that he promised. Which I thought was great. He told me everything that I needed to know. It was gutter cleaning and tuneup is how they worded it. He told me every issue that I had. They were minor. I felt like he was honest about it. He was not a pushy salesperson. I actually asked him a couple of questions about other things I needed, He was very knowledgeable. He had just finished the ladies house across the street. Excellent job. I went over there to look at hers. I plan on calling them this summer to come and do some more work on replacing front porch posts and work on my deck."

He was gentlemanly and well-informed, didn't try to upsell things that weren't needed. He walked Ephram through my house to point out all the places that needed repair. We missed one, during the initial consult so that hole will have to be fixed at a later date. They don't offer or go beyond what's written on the estimate. You have to purchase any additional supplies they require. In my case, just a few 1x3 planks.
