My name is Shane Nelson I am the owner of DISCOUNT RENOVATIONS. We have been in business for 16 Years and we pretty much can do it all. The only service we do not provide is carpet. We specialize in bathroom and kitchen remodels. We are very well trained with plumbing, tile, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, roofing, and I could keep going. So instead of calling 5 different contractors for one job we can handle it all. Thanks for your time and consideration. Feel free to call 336-655-8402 anytime for questions or appointments. My workmanship speaks for itself. If you want quality work at a fair price then I'm your guy. I am not the cheapest person out there and for good reason. I stay busy so if you are needing work done immediately I'm probably not going to be that guy. I will try my best to accommodate your situation, and can typically schedule site visits within a few weeks. I work long hours to try and get the job done in a timely manner. Thanks for your time and consideration. Please text me or call at 336 655 8402. I will see a text message and respond to it the fastest for I work all day until about 7 or 8 so I do not answer the phone unless needed while putting 100% focus on each job.

"I called on Craftsman Direct for help with a rescued kitten! She always wants to be up high, so I needed to find some safe ways for her to do that. I called Craftsman Direct right smack in the middle of the Christmas/New Year holidays to install some shelving on my walls. Lee responded to me immediately and came out to do a free estimate shortly thereafter. Lee was very patient with me, as I wasn?t exactly sure what I needed. As an avid animal lover, he understood my kitty?s wants perfectly, and as important, he understood how the shelves needed to be installed to ensure their stability.
I received my detailed quote the next day, which incorporated necessary items I had not thought to ask for--and received a wonderful holiday surprise: Lee told me he would donate all the profits from my shelving project to Second Chance Pet Adoptions?a rescue organization he has long supported.
After I approved the quote, his craftsman Ed adjusted his schedule to come out to my home over the New Year holiday to complete the project. This holiday scheduling was a huge benefit for me! Ed did a wonderful job. He rolled with the punches when I discovered the shelf brackets originally quoted weren?t going to work and helped me pick new brackets?even though the new brackets required more painting on his part. He hung the shelving exactly as I requested. Of great importance to me, I had 100% confidence in Ed and felt comfortable leaving him at home with my kittens while I ran an errand. I knew he would ensure their safety and would not let them get outside.
Based on my experience with Craftsman Direct, I have called them back to install additional shelves for both my kitties to enjoy!"
