"In searching for someone to install my hot water heater Mr. Medlin was the first to return my call, almost immediately after submitting my estimate request. After discussing the service and price, a date for install was set. And it was sooner than I expected but was glad about the availability. Mr. Medlin was promp courteous very reasonable in price. "Dan G & Billy B were our installers. They completed removed the old UGLY shower and replaced it with a gorgeous new shower all in one day. It's not a cheap project but the price was fair for the amount of work and the amazing results. It's now a beautiful shower that completely updates the entire master bath. I couldn't be happier with both the work and the customer service. I would highly recommend them."

"They came and gave me a quote of 4500, I needed the job done so I hired them They sent another company to suck the tank out and they discovered that my tolites was running water they had some suggestions well I repair them and that fixed my problem then the guys from superior came and run the pressure washer and the job wound up costing me 5144 and in advance I told them I was on disability and fixed income, I highly recommend looking around before taking with these guys I know I feel like I was taken advantage of, they will never do any business for me again, another company found the problem and told me how to fix it, I fixed it, and superior made the money for it to me this is a big ripoff"

"Five Star Bath is an excellent company. Their design consultant was very informative and they have a proprietary product that is sleek, but also durable. Our tub to shower conversion was clean and seamless. Kirk and team communicated well are excellent install techs. Additionally they were much more competitive from a pricing perspective than all of the larger companies."
