Best chimney sweeps near Kenly, NC

"We needed to have our gas range unhooked and moved for a kitchen renovation. Zach, the technician, came on Monday and then came back on Tuesday to re-install. Everyone at Gas Masters were very friendly and professional. We would recommend their services to everyone."

"Brandon cleaned both of my woodstoves/chimneys. He hadn't worked on one of them before (a Swedish stove) and took considerable time and effort before he found the right focus for disassembly. There turned out to be little soot buildup so after the initial delay the cleaning was done quickly and fairly easily. The second was much easier to clean but he was unable to reach the chimney top because of a bend in the chimney, so only half of the chimney got cleaned. The lack of space around the first made it sightly uncomfortable to work but Brandon did not complain. He cleaned out both stoves and vacuumed up before he left. I felt the cost of his work was moderate and really appreciated knowing that a chimney fire was no longer a scary prospect! Brandon did need help with some necessary missing tool items that I was able to provide. I believe he is capable and easy to be with so with his experience here he should meet most woodstove cleaning requirements. John Robins."

"They did not come when they said they would, but someone called to warn us they were running late. When they got here, they were very fast and efficient. The lead technician really knew his stuff and explain what was going on. He found problems on the roof and was able to fix them as well. Overall, great experience and we will hire them again."

"Really amazing job. They stayed longer than the intended timeframe, to make sure everything was scrubbed down (even in hard to reach areas, etc). They also were very reasonable. I had to insist on giving them more than they were charging, because of the extra time they spent on the job."

"Great service! Professional, reliable, and very detail-oriented. My home was spotless, and I highly recommend Facility Hygiene Services."
