The guys that came out were great. Punctual, professional, and informative. Our A/C is about 13 years old and we weren't aware of the problems it was having. Other people had come out and just refilled the R22 (which is pricey to begin with). M.S.G. came out and showed me why we kept having to refill the coolant by showing me the rusting that happens to units over time. He gave us options and timeframes to meet out needs. The a/c unit was leaking coolant more rapidly than we thought so instead of throwing money away on that we got a quote on a replacement. The unit we got was a much better SEER rating and the guys installed it within 24 hrs. I saw the reviews on this company and figured there was no way they could live up to those. I was never so glad to be wrong. These guys are great and I referred them to my neighbors who also have aging units. I have another unit that is going to need to be replaced and I'm glad I already know who I'm going to call.
