48 After interviewing other companies, receiving estimates and based on other factors, I chose Heritage Tree and Arborist Services to cut down two problematic trees and prune two large branches from another. A 2’ diameter, 50’ high red oak was diseased, leaning towards my house and its roots...
I cannot give the full review & comments at this time. It's only 1st visit. 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th are still to come... Melvin's Pest Control recommended 4-5 visits to get rid of insects in the house.

After cancellation was done the company billed for the 13th month even after cancellation and without service being provided. All calls go to Ogden Utah to people who insist no one in company is authorised to waive fees and that their supervisor does not accept calls. I feel sorry for local field workers to lose business but that is their model"

They damaged my lawn furniture and hose, then after doing a subpar job told me that I owed them $400 w no explanation to me of how or why they were asking so much. I’ve contacted the local authorities fraud department and better business bureau. Idk what changed with Felix but I hope I can save someone else from this grift."
