"Mr. Lopez and the ladies that work with him are beyond amazing. They all are very professional. We had our kitchen painted and cabinets, all of the bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, our man cave, playroom, bonus room, laundry room and hallways, our stairway railing stained and all doors to existing rooms painted, all of the bathroom vanities and the exterior porch columns painted and our stairway. Mr. Lopez also replaced all of our old kitchen hardware for our cabinets and drawers and our bathroom vanities hardware also. They did a exceptional job in fact we will be using their services in the near future. Mr. Lopez's attention to detail is the best every exception was fulfilled we asked he answered and made sure the job was completed exceptionally. I also like the fact that the ladies that work with him including himself all had on mask when they came. When the job was completed Mr. Lopez and the ladies cleaned up behind themselves,. We recently purchased a 2nd home on Lake James with an exterior that is 100% cedar.  The exterior was in serious need of cleaning and re-staining.  It had not been maintained; and, had a significant amount of mold staining and several areas of the trim had the original finish peeling off.

We contracted with Mike and Crystal to prep and re-stain the exterior of our home.  Throughout the process, Mike demonstrated thoroughness, competency and responsibility.  Mike and Crystal took personal responsibility to ensure they delivered a quality product.  Mike kept his commitments and did not compromise his work product even when faced with the stripping process taking more time than he expected.  He completed the project per the schedule he committed.

Mike demonstrated a high attention to detail in the finishing process and ensured the project was completed to my satisfaction.  The home looks beautiful...we could not be happier.

I solicited bids from several paint contractors and evaluated several before selecting Mike.  His pricing was very competitive versus several other contractors; but, I never observed where Mike cut corners.

"I provided top grade Sherwin Williams paint. The painter used the semigloss intended for the windows, baseboards and trim on the ceiling. Then put flat on the other surfaces. The wall trim had to be redone and another coat to the walls. I had to purchase another $78 of paint for the painter to use. He did not understand English so I was wondering if this was really James Painting or someone contracted out. The check was written to Santiago Echeverria. They got paint on my very expensive Kincaid four poster bed. When I called to let them know, the female was rude and yelled "What do you want?". They were upset they had to come back and fix everything the next day. He only came back. I was kind and even gave him $100 more for coming out a second day. These were not professional painters. I know, my husband was one before he had a double lung transplant. He had to explain that inside of door frames had to be painted, and that flat paint was on everything, not semigloss. No, I would not recommend James Painting to anyone."

Did extra things like removing our window screens and putting them back. Had 5 people here at once to stain our house so they finished in 2 days. Good workers."
