The man was clean cut, not someone I would be afraid to come in the house. My major issue was a French door with weather striping problems but he replaced a light I could reach. Moved furniture, weather striped and sweeps for three doors, changed two door knobs. Changed setting on hot water heater. We are older, husband 93, and have lost the ability to do simple jobs.
