"Well if the high traffic area of the loft and hallway was treated, the treatment didn’t work because as soon as this area dried, the spots are still visible. Your advertising states “use Coit cleaning, we clean it as good as new” This is not the case."

"Chuck Allen was very professional. He fixed a hole in my carpet that looked amazing. There were a few spots that showed up after the carpet dried and he came back promptly and removed them. I had company coming into town and was concerned about the time it will take for my carpet to be dry. They were dry the next day with my fans running. I would use his company again."

"Let me begin this review by saying how thrilled I am that Chris was the person we worked with. From the moment he arrived and introduced himself it was a pleasant experience throughout the process . Chris is a young man with an amazing work ethic who is determined to get the job done and done well. His years of experience, although he is young, has made him knowledgeable and trustworthy. Neither of us had any idea of the magnitude of this ‘sofa’ (2) job and for a minute I thought this will never happen.. he nor anyone else can get this clean. However he did it, did it beautifully and did for a very reasonable price. He takes pride in his work. I can not recommend him more highly than to say you will never be disappointed in Chris’ work, and you will be delighted that you know him. Great young man, great job and great experience!"

Couch Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

Air filters with a MERV rating of 11 or higher need to be changed every three to six months. If your filters are incredibly strained because of environmental factors, such as living in a smoggy, pollen-rich area with a large household, you may need to change your filters every two months regardless of the MERV rating.

Regular filter changes, professional servicing, and checking for airflow blockages improve performance and longevity.

There are several reasons why your furnace filter might get dirty quickly. For example, if you run your furnace often, more air—and therefore, more contaminants—will flow through the system and clog your filter. Having pets is another reason that your filter accumulates dirt quickly. Also, thinner filters will get dirty faster than thicker ones.

If you do not regularly change your HVAC filter, it will become clogged with dust, dirt, and other contaminants. This blockage forces the system to work harder to circulate air, leading to higher energy bills, poor temperature regulation, and increased wear on parts, which can cause more frequent breakdowns and shorten the system's overall lifespan. Additionally, a dirty filter that no longer traps contaminants can lead to poor indoor air quality, potential health problems, and even complete system failure.

NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certification is not legally required for HVAC technicians in most areas, but hiring a professional with this certification is highly recommended. NATE-certified technicians demonstrated their expertise and proficiency in different types of HVAC systems, offering assurance of quality service. It's a voluntary certification, yet it indicates a commitment to professionalism and ongoing training. Choosing a NATE-certified technician often means you're working with someone who is up-to-date on industry standards and best practices, which can lead to better service, energy efficiency, and long-term cost savings.
