"Called for an appointment on Thursday, Feb. 16, and scheduled for 10am, Monday, Feb. 20, 2012. Robin and her husband
arrived a few minutes late, but not surprising since they traveled over 30 miles to reach my home. Went right to work
supplying all needed equipment and supplies and finished about 2:30 pm. Work in all areas was completed to my
satisfaction and pleasure with no problems, including cleaning the refrigerator. Bathrooms were especially well done.
Felt the work was worth more than was requested and sorry I couldn't have paid them more. Will be glad to ask them
to come back in the future."

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Generally speaking, you should clean your windows and any associated fixtures and treatments every six months. Otherwise, clean them as needed to keep everything running smoothly. If you live in a part of the country with especially hard water, you may have to clean them three or four times per year, and the same goes for areas where insects, pollen, dirt, and other debris can soil your windows and potentially cause issues with the moving parts.

Hot water removes grime more efficiently than cold water and evaporates more quickly so that your windows will dry faster. However, you may want to use cold water instead if your windowsill paint is chipping or peeling because heat can worsen this condition.

Whether you’re a renter or a buyer, you should clean a house when moving out. For renters, it’s usually written in the lease that a house must be cleaned before it’s vacated. If you’re unsure how thoroughly to clean the place, check with the landlord beforehand; otherwise, you may not receive your deposit back. When selling a house, a contractual agreement is often made with the realtor that the house is swept and that all personal belongings are removed before the previous owners move out.

Yes, pros are equipped to clean various glass types, including stained glass and skylights.

The easiest way to remove window decals is to soak the area in hot, soapy water. Let it sit for 15 minutes before scraping it with a plastic scraper or the edge of a credit card. You can also remove window decals with white vinegar, rubbing alcohol, or applying heat from a hairdryer or steam cleaner.
