"Vijay was very friendly & knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was coming out of my carpets as he was cleaning them. I'm sure the gunk had been in there a long time!! No other carpet cleaner company had ever showed me anything!!! Since we have dogs, some of the stains are coming back but I think it's because they really weren't cleaned right in the first place. p.s. the house smelled great afterwards!!!"
