"David Logue (METAL WORKS & IMPROVEMENTS, INC.) is the kind of contractor I like to have doing work for me:  He came to our initial appointment on time.  His presentation of his company and its services was impressive and professional.  His quote was prompt and clear.  When we asked for changes of product in the quote, his response was almost immediate.  His was not the lowest of the four quotes we got.  But his was the lowest responsible quote.  His crew arrived when they said they would.  They left a clean workplace every night.  They were particularly careful around our very large pond area next to the back of the house so that no roofing materials fell into it. Their roof installation for us was near perfect.  The one item on our punch list was promptly corrected.  We received written guarantees within a week of work being finished.  He can be proud of the job his company did for us.  We are.

"Called and talked to Sarah.  She and Brian came within 2 days.  Brian examined the area where a new decorative vent had been put in as well as a new vent boot.  Brain took photos to show me that the decorative vent had not be sealed off in side.  He caulked around both new items.  I tried to pay them for the service call , but they would not take any money.  The roof had been on for 2 years and it was not a problem with their work.  Such great service!
