The work was thorough, clearly explained, & the finished product looks excellent. But the biggest positive was the crew. They worked incredibly hard every day on a physically demanding, messy job, yet remained professional, disciplined, & respectful. They took great care of our home, kept debris contained, & cleaned up afterward. Matt took time to explain the full system to us & went above & beyond to help replace insulation that had fallen, even though it wasn't part of the job. Taylore & Gavin were equally helpful, helping us salvage & store shelving materials and remove a few stubborn pieces we couldn't manage ourselves. I'm genuinely impressed by their work ethic, attitude, & pride in doing the job right. I would absolutely recommend Groundworks, but especially these three young men. "The experience went very well. Very professional. Punctual and kind. I believe his name was Alberto, my appointment was at 9 they called at 830 and asked if he could come about 845. Showed up was kind and courteous. He did a basketball ball court for my boys. Told me to stay clear for a couple days and he came out and took the ropes off and it was all good to go.
