"Most I called didn't have the skills needed to cut in and hang an exterior entrance door where there wasn't before. They would happily come out and replace one, but cutting a hole in the house, framing in a header and support studs, with minimal disturbance to drywall while making it look like from the outside like the door had always been there takes true skill. Glenn has that skill and made it look easy. Highly recommend."

"Needed fencing installed to keep groundhogs from taking up residence under our deck. Brady came up with a creative and complete solution that made sure the varmints were out and would not return. Would use again."

Treehouse Builders questions, answered by experts

Yes, with proper heating or cooling systems and energy-efficient glazing.

The choice is really yours. Greenhouses available in kits can make the job go quicker. You can find greenhouse kits to match your style and size needs. If you enjoy designing and planning, you can build your own from materials of your choosing. Just be sure to do your research beforehand so everything ends up structurally sound.

Sustainable materials and energy-efficient designs support greener construction options.

In most cases, you can attach a greenhouse to any type of house. However, certain factors need to be considered, such as the structural integrity of the house, available space, and local building regulations. You should consult with a professional contractor or architect to assess the feasibility and ensure proper construction methods.

When designing an attached greenhouse, several factors should be considered. These include the orientation and positioning of the greenhouse to maximize sunlight exposure, the structural integrity of the connection to the house, sufficient insulation to regulate temperature, proper ventilation for airflow, and adequate space for plants and pathways. If you’re restricted because of your budget, go with a simpler design to maximize the use of your money.
