"This young man came offering his services, I didn't really think my house was that dirty but I went ahead and got my sidding power washed and my driveway cleaned. The difference is shocking. I am really glad I did it. I just recently had my roof changed so my house look brand new. Thank you manuel for being so meticulous and professional. Would definitely recommend"

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

The disadvantages of sandblasting are noise, mess, and risk. Sandblasters are louder than chainsaws and spread debris on the ground and through the air. Let your neighbors know that you're sandblasting so they can prepare. Sandblasting can damage your property if not done properly, so thoroughly vet any pros you talk to before hiring.

Seal joints, clean debris regularly, and address cracks promptly to maintain appearance and stability.

Yes, many professionals use dustless or water-based blasting methods for reduced environmental impact.

Sandblasting is useful when you need to strip material off a hard surface. Common reasons to sandblast are to remove paint, rust, or get a surface ready for a new material. You aren’t limited to surfaces like walls either—you can sandblast rusted tools, bicycle frames, cement, bricks, and many others. If what you’re sandblasting is still structurally sound, sandblasting can be a fast and inexpensive way to revive the original material.

Sandblasting is a common method for removing paint. It works great if the underlying material is tough. This is because you can then use more abrasive sandblast materials, making the paint removal process much faster and less expensive. If you plan on removing many layers of paint on smooth surfaces, you’ll need to be more careful about which materials you choose to use to sandblast.
