"Excellent! I was in a bind because my air conditioner went out and I really wanted to at least get a ceiling fan installed so I could survive the heat. Gerald responded immediately, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was patient with me and my lack of knowledge. He explained things to me as he went along. He did such an excellent job installing the ceiling fan that I had him install a new light fixture as well. "We had him come out. He gave a free estimate and actually said that he thought that our electrical issues were because we wired something wrong and that our vacuum was causing a short. He was right on both fronts. He did not charge us for the estimate and his honesty saved us a lot of money. I would highly recommend him for his integrity and also his insight into electrical problems. He easily could have recommended a circuit upgrade which would have served him, but he put the customer first. Very impressed"
