"We hired Charlotte Stump & Land to remove an old, overgrown landscape bed that had gotten completely out of control, and they did an awesome job. Mike was very responsive when I first left a voicemail. They removed all the bushes, plants, old edging, and cleaned everything up so we could start fresh. They showed up on time, worked hard, and treated our property like it was their own. I was honestly surprised by how clean everything looked when they finished. There wasn’t a pile of debris left behind or a mess to deal with. I have found it’s been hard to find contractors who actually communicate well and do exactly what they promise, but these guys did. Their pricing was fair, work was above and beyond, and they were super easy to talk to, schedule with, and ensured my yard looked exactly as I wanted. I’d definitely recommend Charlotte Stump & Land and will be using them again for future landscaping projects."

"I would highly recommend LIP Inc to everyone I know after the exceptional work they did on my land. We had a land clearing job that they got done for us very quickly and for an outstanding price I worked mainly with Vincent Midas but all were very professional and I will definitely be using their services again in the future."

"We had major hurricane damage from hurricane Helene, where our entire land was devastated with hundreds maybe even thousands of trees. Dylan and his team came in and worked efficiently and proficiently received suggestions and when we had concerns, they went above and beyond to complete the job. We plan to have them back in the future for more projects."

Small jobs welcome

"Highly recommend. We had Dimmer's clear extremely thick brush/wooded area on our property. I could not be happier with the results as well as the overall experience. They demonstrated strong work ethic and integrity which is so rare these days. I will be using Dimmer's for all of my future projects."

Land Clearing Services questions, answered by experts

The current state of your Denver property directly affects land surveying strategies. Overgrown brush, fallen trees, or debris can obscure property boundaries and survey markers, requiring extra clearing. Well-marked corners and accessible lot lines allow for more precise measurements. Seasonal changes, like heavy spring growth or winter mud, can also influence scheduling. Regularly maintaining clear access paths and visible markers streamlines the survey process and improves accuracy.

Helpful?

In Denver, homes with walkout basements, steep driveways, or retaining walls often present unique challenges for land surveying. Properties near Lake Norman may have irregular shorelines or floodplain considerations. If your lot includes dense woods, multiple outbuildings, or fences built on uneven ground, surveyors may need additional equipment or time. Reviewing your site’s topography and any previous survey records can help anticipate potential complications.

Helpful?

Establishing a seasonal inspection routine in Denver helps protect your property boundaries year-round. Each spring, walk your lot to check for damaged or missing survey markers and trim back new growth. In summer, ensure access paths remain open and discuss shared boundaries with neighbors. Fall is ideal for inspecting lines as foliage recedes, while winter offers a chance to review survey documents and plan for upcoming projects.

Helpful?

For safer, family-friendly land surveying in Denver, communicate with your surveyor about any play areas, pet enclosures, or sensitive landscaping. Temporarily restrict children and pets from the survey zone, especially near equipment or steep slopes. Consider posting temporary signs to alert family members and visitors. Scheduling surveys when children are at school or pets are indoors further reduces risks and helps surveyors work efficiently around your home.

Helpful?

As Denver homes age, land surveying needs often shift from initial boundary surveys to more specialized services. Older properties may require updated surveys due to shifting property lines, encroachments, or changes in local zoning. Home additions, new fences, or landscaping projects often prompt new surveys. Erosion near water features or mature trees can also alter boundaries, making periodic reviews essential for accurate property records and future planning.
