"Marygrove Awning was very responsive to my first inquiry. It was mid November when I first contacted them and we we had a very tight time frame that the new awning cover needed to be installed. Our awning is over the front of our business and is in a historic district. We could not have the old retractable frame removed and replaced with a newer type. Understandably , the company could not guarantee their work on the existing frame. Not having a guarantee concerned me but under the circumstance we had no choice. The day of installation was bitterly cold and windy. Two workers showed up on time and worked steadily in the bitter cold on a piece of equipment (our old awning frame) they previously had very little if any experience with. I was very impressed with how well they worked. It works beautifully 8 months later and we are pleased. I highly recommend MaryGrove Awning. If you have an old retractable frame like ours this firm is able to step up and take care of the situation. The two guys who worked that very cold rainy day on a very old piece of equipment should be very proud of the job they did.

"LV Building Solutions was wonderful to work with. I live out of state and purchased a home in Winston Salem. I needed a solution to keeping water out of the basement; Benito went out to my property, proposed a solution, took pictures and sent his proposal with costs. We discussed and he got to work right away with his crew. His communication was excellent as he let me when he was on property, took pics and video of work and kept me updated. He also looked at few other items I needed taken care of and also suggested gutter covers as my gutters were full of leaves and clogged. I appreciated him going the extra mile and letting me know those needed taken care. Being out of state and home on a wooded lot he provided a solution for something that wasnâ t even on my radar, but needed to be. I will definitely hire him again! He even went back out to the property a week later when it had been raining to make sure problem was solved."

"When we started looking for a patio cover I called at least 10 people to come out and give me different quotes etc.. Most contractors would not call me back much less come out and talk to me about my wants and needs. Eric was out the same day, brought plenty of pictures & even sample of the cover. We picked a time which was the next week we were taking a family cruise. It was so nice coming home from the cruise with the patio cover 100% complete and it looked Awesome!!! Couldn’t be happier with service!! Thanks"

"The replacement of a 23 by 13 foot retractable awning was executed on time and very efficiently. The work was done on my property over an elevated deck - difficult location . The two person crew was professional, competent, and used the time to thoroughly inspect and adjust the entire installation. I was impressed with the work and pleased with the service."

"He gave us an estimate for several types of deck coverings in a very friendly and professional manner. He answered all our questions and was not a "pushy" salesman."
