"Carolina Comfort Air installed a new HVAC system in my home, including the replacement of all of the original ductwork in the attic. Consultant Jose was great. He recommended a split duct system to allows the downstairs and upstairs to operate on separate thermostats. He was able to schedule the installation in a timely manner. The installation crew - Adrian, KJ, Joe and Aaron - were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and considerate and did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves at the end of each day. The office staff were very responsive when I called with questions. Carolina Comfort Air came highly recommended by a friend, and they did not disappoint. I am very pleased with the installation and customer service. I definitely recommend."

"Because I just had these rods installed a few days ago (and now it's Nov 26, 2021) I haven't had enough time to evaluate the work quality and value - but I have no reason to doubt that both are good. I priced materials for this job, as I originally planned to install themselves, but when I realized that I truly didn't want to get up on the roof of my house (which is quite high) or to get on the roof of my barn (metal, thus slippery) I decided to hire the pros. So that I am very happy with and of course it therefore cost more than it would have if I had done the job myself - but it was safer for me, and also much quicker than I would have been. So, I am glad I called W B."

"Very professional people. Neatly dressed. Arrived on time. Worked with me and my finances for a motor install. Cleaned up after he ( Richard),completed the install. "He came out right away. Very polite and professional. Was Covic19 approved and wore their masks. Very knowledgeable and fixed the problem right away. I had hired another person before I hired them that came out 3 times and was unable to properly fix the problem. Tim had the right tool needed to do the job. It didn't even take very long. "Bennett and his team encapsulated the crawl space and installed a dehumidifier. They did a great job. When they cleaned up they even took away a few cinder blocks I had in the yard. As for the work, I can tell the inside of the house is less humid and my AC doesn't need to be on as much."
