"Dean was very professional, capable and responsive to special needs. He pressure washed my house, gutters, driveway, walks, and garage floor -- which had not been done for over 5 years. The gutters on the shaded side were black with mold as was a lot of the driveway. He was careful in each area, changing pressure, cleaner and temperature to suit the condition. Everything was completed to my satisfaction. His professional equipment is far more capable than even the best portable systems. Would recommend to others."

"They did a great job from the salesman to the roofers. Everything the salesman told me (and he went thru everything that would be done, step by step) was done from the materials being dropped off the day before to the clean up after the roof was done. I hope I don.t ever need it but the 50 year / unlimited wind guarantee isnice and it's even transferable if i ever want to move"

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

DIY is possible, but professional services ensure even removal, safety compliance, and proper cleanup.

Sanding and pressure washing serve different purposes in deck maintenance, so one is not necessarily better than the other. Pressure washing is ideal for annual cleaning to remove dirt, grime, mold, and mildew. Sanding is a deeper restoration method used to smooth rough surfaces, remove an old finish, and prepare the wood for a new coat of stain or paint. The ideal process for refinishing a deck is to first clean it (with a power washer), then sand it, and finally apply the new stain or finish. While cleaning should be done annually, sanding and staining are typically needed only every one to three years.

Seal joints, clean debris regularly, and address cracks promptly to maintain appearance and stability.

Costs depend on paint type, surface condition, labor, and required prep work for repainting.

Sandblasting is useful when you need to strip material off a hard surface. Common reasons to sandblast are to remove paint, rust, or get a surface ready for a new material. You aren’t limited to surfaces like walls either—you can sandblast rusted tools, bicycle frames, cement, bricks, and many others. If what you’re sandblasting is still structurally sound, sandblasting can be a fast and inexpensive way to revive the original material.
