"We hired Krause Family Arborist to cut down 10 dead trees in our yard. From my first contact with Ben I knew I had hired the right company. His communications with us was great. They worked for 3 days and were always on time. Great friendly crew and fun watching how amazing they were and precise at taking down the trees without damaging anything else. They cleaned up the yard and left no mess. Their pricing was great compared to other quotes we got. I would HIGHLY recommend this company if you have a need for their services."

"The provider removed the original sidewalk of concrete and bricks. The debris was taken to the landfill and disposed of and cost $453 to do so. All of that was done exactly as was expected. The new sidewalk was installed. There are stones and some concrete to secure them. That is still in progress, and we did go ahead and paid the full amount of the invoices. We thought that he was going to come back and finish smoothing the surface out. It needs more filler or concrete between the stones, because is is currently an unstable and uneven surface. We had a verbal agreement with the owner of the company about adding a few extra stones right in front of the porch. He stated he would come back and fix that when he finished the concrete on the sidewalk. We told the owner of the company that we were not in any hurry, because we realized he was very busy. Having said that, it is now almost September, and it is still not finished. My husband has tried to reach out to him a number of times but there has been no response. We just want it to be finished and safe to walk on. It is getting close to the holidays, and we are concerned for my aging father to come visit. He does not walk well, and it would be very unsafe for him to walk on the sidewalk as it currently is."

"I liked Scott from his first communication. He wanted to drive by and see the job prior to quoting a price. Others guessed and were all over the board. I knew what to expect after his drive by. Once hired he was very responsive when I had questions and did not hesitate to reach out when he had questions. Communication was solid. If I wasn’t home for any part of the project, he sent me pictures of his completed work. When it turned out to be a longer job than anticipated he kept to his estimate. I voluntarily paid him more, however he showed great integrity by saying he would stick to his estimate. I am impressed with his honesty and desire to do a great job. I would not hesitate to hire him again."
