They were EXTREMELY reasonably priced compared to a couple other estimates we had. We had the black coated chain link fence installed and two gates in our fairly large yard. The employees who installed were efficient and got the job done quickly, cleaned up and even went above and beyond and picked up some limbs we had and made a pile that they did not have to do at all. Kale Lawn Service employed a sub-contractor for this commodity service.  They were on time and cordial.  A two man team had my 1/8 acre (@5,600 sq. ft. of theoretical lawn) including front, back and 2 side yard strips totally done in 20 minutes.  The property has some funny spaces trapped by the driveway, sidewalk, and shared property line. These were accomplished thoroughly and without mishap. 

My review is eight weeks after the service was performed so I may include the 'so  far' results, which are good.  The first week of December the front yard is plush with new growth including 100 sq. ft. of new grass area.  The backyard, which was virtually fallow, due to this years harsh summer, has at least sprouted 75-80%.  The front I have already mowed twice since seeding.  The back I have not mowed (not needed), but have blown leaves off and trying to avoid trampling during incubation.

I was concerned that the aerator machine made holes in the turf but no 'turf plugs' or only stubby 'plugs' . This was the most I have spent on aeration/seeding at one go.  I guess I can raise my review to all A's next spring when hopefully the back yard "comes in fully".  Results are what I am judging by. Kale Lawn Service has provided some re-grading service for me previously.
