They communicated well, they were up front with the impending costs, and they didn't pressure me to continue with them. Once they started, they used smoke (not a camera) to locate the break. They ended up finding and fixing 3 problems that were causing the sewer odor. Considering what they were up against, they worked very quickly (it took the better part of 2 days to diagnose and fix the problem). They had to dig under the house, but they left the area as tidy as they found it. I am grateful for their expertise, and I will absolutely call them again."
