I was having a tough time initially getting anyone to even come out and give me an estimate. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the whole process went with Wize Direct.  I just emailed them the sizes and answered a few questions. They emailed me a great price, 3 weeks later I had new windows! They didn't ask me for any money up front, as a matter of fact I had to remind the installer to take the check after he walked me around the job and showed me how they tilted in to clean. They worked around my schedule and everyone was so nice. The installers were real craftsmen and the windows are great! I only wish I had them replace the sliding glass doors, I guess that will be next years project.
