WARNING!!!! Don't use Eco-View if you want a completed job!!! If I could give this company a --00 stars I would, they are horrible for customer follow-up. I did give them a good review on installation but it ends there. We had windows installed 10 windows throughout the house on 5/9/2024, $18,639.00. One of the windows came with a cracked outer glass in the front of the house, along with 3 screens 2 living room and 1 bedroom which did not fit. We completed the job completion receipt with this information and were told it would take a few weeks and they will call to schedule the install. Many months went by along with hurricane season looming in the future. I called back several times and no followup. In the last few weeks I have called several times and no follow-up by ECO-View, the nice man who took my call said he could see the window and screens were in stock. But no one ever calls back! This is a horrible way to run a company!!!

Very disappointed. We had a signed contract, paid half, had the detailed measurements, and were looking forward to our new widows. Then we got a call from Steven V., our salesman. He said that he made a mistake on his estimate and the contract would be $5,000 more. This new amount was more than a previous estimate I got from another firm. The salesman only gave us the choice of pay the $5,000 or we could hold on the contracted order and get more estimates then invoke their â low price guaranteeâ , if necessary. When we said we didnâ t want to do his choice, So he had our money sent back. We never got to speak with management. This is no way to do business.

I should have written this review when we have the windows put in which has been at least three years and probably 4 in reality . Joe was professional, gave good suggestions, valued opinions, and a realistic timeline. We were kept informed of progress. The installers under Roger were pleasant, prompt, and did a good job. They tried really hard not to track dirt and cleaned up after themselves. The windows are amazing, sound reduced and house is cool while electricity bill has dropped at least 20%. I so appreciate not worrying about putting shutters up on 2nd and 3rd floors pre hurricane, which was a nightmare during Ian. We had a small leak 2 weeks after installation, which was resolved within 24 hours and have NOT had any problems at all since then.

Run for the hills! The whole process, with the exception of the windows themselves, was a lesson in frustration. Ghosting customer service, project delays, messed up permitting, you name it! Hire these folks only if you have nerves of steel, and lots of time to sit on hold. Grrr!!

Love my new windows! Very professional company. Everyone including the office personnel, salesman and installers were great. Smooth process. The replacement installation of 13 windows in my dated house was all done in 1 day! Everything was neat and tidy when they left - inside and out. Would definitely use them again.

Everything was good and no problems. The installers did a great job and went above and beyond.

Installation went smooth (took 2 days versus the 1 they scheduled for) but all things considered we are pleased.

This company was great to work with all the way from the salesperson that came to the house to the contractors that came and did the work. The only issue that we've had with them is trying to set up the inspection because they wouldn't send us the required documents until we called them multiple times. Other than this we love the windows and they have made a noticeable difference in how our home feels.

My job/requirements were provided by an excellent team of knowledgeable people who were also good at solving problems or issues they encountered.

Installer was very knowledge, friendly, and polite. He did a very good job, especially since he was doing this all on his own.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING THE WINDOWS IT JUST TOOK TO LONG FROM ORDERING THEM AND ACTUALLY INSTALLING THEM. THEY COULD HAVE INSTALLED SOONER..

Work quality received a 4.5 due to the fact that they missed caulking in interior window.

Mine was a unique project that took some time but we were informed from beginning to end of the status. Overall quality was outstanding. High-end product for us but well worth the investment.

Worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. It took them over 2 months to complete a 2-day job, after they installed a door and window they knew were damaged. Left my home insecure for weeks with door that would not latch. They damaged woodwork. They left a mess. Fabric shutters were so poorly installed that the job failed inspection by local building authorities. Holes were drilled in my bricks that did not even correspond to the mounting holes in the fabric. Many bricks were cracked, broken, and left that way. They only finally came out to patch them after weeks of delay. Appointments were missed on several occasions while I waited and wasted my time. They even acknowledged that they had miserably messed the job up, and offered to "make things right" by reducing the price, but never followed through.
