While managing my property, they barely communicated and put minimal effort into resolving problems. I was tempted to fly home from overseas to deal with it myself. Then I made the mistake of asking her to sell my property out of convenience. NEVER did she have my best interest at heart. When my renter approached her about buying my house, she wanted to charge me 6.5% for doing nothing. When that didn’t work out, we sold to a different buyer, and she did a terrible job negotiating on my behalf. Her only concern was to sell my house as quickly as possible, despite my loss, merely to make a quick buck. I didn’t even breaAgain, I never felt that she was concerned about my best interest.
