This allows me to find ways to make any ideas or projects you have in mind come to life for an affordable price whereas others will simply tell you what they can or can’t do based on convenience and not desired outcome. I am a builder who can do everything from the ground up, which saves you significant time and money because I can complete a project autonomously without the need for multiple subcontractors. If I don’t have experience in something unique you’d like to build I am willing to learn and figure it out as I go. I love designing and building beautiful homes and tackling difficult projects that take complex problem-solving to complete. I have three sons, whom I love and cherish with all my heart. I love being a father and have been extremely thankful to have been able to build my sons' halfpipes, obstacle courses, tree forts, and, currently, an indoor climatized basketball/sports gymnasium, or Barnasium, as we have been calling it. Rex and his staff are professional, responsive to questions, sends photos as work progresses , and often has creative suggestions to enhance the projects. One difficult project was undertaken to prevent flooding on ground floor after severe storms. The creative solution was to raise the lower level floor height with 6 inches of concrete. Then new tile floor was added, ceiling ductwork moved to comply with code, and exterior door replaced. Doors were retro fitted, mechanics moved, and powder bath remodeled to fit change in floor. This action solved the problem of repeated water intrusion in the house. We are very pleased with Patterson Construction."
