Timing of carpentry, roofing, hvac, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, cabinets/countertops choice and installation, and flooring was well-coordinated with no down-time. "Home improvement can be nerve-wracking. Ruiz Enterprises made it GREAT! Mollie and Catalino and their BIG team of pros were responsive to text and phone, clear with timelines and amazingly affordable. They handled a primary bedroom redesign from demo to paint and a kitchen upgrade, installing a downdraft and induction cooktop. When I threw in 2 extra tasks-- a small flooring repair and a ceiling repair I had forgotten about--they gracefully accepted the work and seemed genuinely happy to add them into the schedule. Catalino and Mollie really cared about our satisfaction and comfort througout the process! The price reflected in this review does not include the cost of the flooring or paint or flooring finish oils, which we chose to purchase on our own. I loved that Mollie offered that option from the get go. It allows you be more or less hands-on, according to your own comfort level."
