They were the first to call and provide a quote but when there was a problem with the installation, two appointments were not kept and calls and messages not returned.

In and out. Replaced a spring and got the door working.

Maddux was the 1st to reply and gave us an estimate over the phone with a picture of the broken spring. I cannot say whether his pricing was competitive since I didn't see any of the others. We needed the door fixed quickly. I can say that the estimate was spot on. Repairs were done efficiently AND he adjusted how far the door was opening which was causing the cable to be loose. I would recommend Maddux and will use again if needed.

The service was great. I reached out to them not even 24 hours prior and they came out and fixed my garage door because my springs were broke and outdated. they provided good pricing and a wonderful warranty and the service was great and customer service was very professional. I would recommend and use them again again.
