"They did a great job. I think there was an additional cost for the stairs, we had them do the stairs that has carpet. They just did the whole house carpet. The guy was very professional, very knowledgeable. He explained the whole process about what he was going to do. Even though he's a carpet cleaner, it was outside of the traditional which is usually probably something you always deal with. They probably should have told us about the after carpet small, it was heavy toxic."
