"We talked to them at the home show, then Diana (the designer) called and we arranged a meeting. After she saw our rooms, we met at their office. I found tiles I liked there and she had pictures of other jobs for ideas. Jason was our construction manager. We kept in touch by phone and email. The subcontractors work with The Bath Shop regularly and all were prompt, reliable and did a good job. After we had originally talked to them, we had a party scheduled at our house and they were able to finish the ground floor bathroom before the party. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and how smoothly things went while working with them. Their price agreed with other quotes we had for the job. Would I use them again? Yes, I am already talking to them about replacing some exterior doors."

"My Koehler walk-in tub fits in beautifully into my bathroom. The installers did a great job except for a few things: 1. Thereâ s a small ding in my granite countertop which was not addressed. 2. The towel bar fell off the wall after the crew left. Several screws were missing so it couldnâ t possibly have been re-installed properly. 3. My adjoining bedroom was totally covered in cement dust. What a mess! All the bedding had to be laundered and the entire room cleaned from top to bottom."
